Buying artwork should be a fun, worry-free experience filled with confidence, comfort & anticipation throughout the buying process and fulfillment, joy, & satisfaction once you’ve received your brand new masterpiece.
Because my artwork isn't cheap, I want to protect your investment so purchasing a piece from me is risk free. Try your print for 90 days. If you don't like it, you aren't stuck with it! More on that at the end*.
For now, though, let's say you’ve picked the photo you love and ordered your print. It arrives (ALWAYS WITHIN 3 WEEKS AND IN FLAWLESS CONDITION) and you open it with excited anticipation. You take it to that perfect spot you’ve picked out for hanging...
Uh oh. The print's amazing JP, but:
It's needs to be bigger. Well, bigger is always a better option. If you have a huge space to fill, let's do it. Larger artwork is even more life-size and life-like! Simply pay the difference and send back the smaller print. Return shipping is on you.
It's too big. No problem. Just send back the original, larger print and I'll send you your new smaller print and refund the difference. Again, return shipping is on you.
The colors don’t match my decor. Still not a problem. I have a countless images that span a wide array of colors. Let's find a view that makes you happy with a color scheme that accents and compliments your room.
I regret not getting a Metal Print. Can I swap different print mediums? Of course. Any print can be traded in for a metal print, my most popular type of print. Pay the difference and ship the original print back to me.
It just doesn't work for me. Can I get my money back? In this case, I’ll be very sad, but I just want you to be happy. If my art doesn’t do that for you, you'll receive 100% of your purchase price as a refund, after I shed a few tears into my pillow of course. Making me cry is free and easy.
It came damaged? Whaaat?? Not cool! I will take swift and decisive action to make sure your art is perfect! All shipments are fully insured and guaranteed. In the rare case a print does beat itself up in transit, photograph the package and send the images to me within 24 hours - firstname.lastname@example.org. Your new print will be sent into production within 24 hours and shipped to you as soon as possible. Zero charge to you, of course.

*Try your print for up 90 days. If in that time you have not fallen so madly in love with your new art that you'd rather part ways with your spouse, you can return it - the art not the spouse - for a full refund (less the shipping cost), exchange for a different size or print medium, or trade up or down in size. You as the buyer are responsible for return shipping costs on all trades or exchanges.
*Inspect your prints upon arrival. Prints arriving damaged must be reported to me within 24 hours with photos of the shipping box included via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org).
